The Bone Tea is an extraordinary organic herbal tea that strengthens and heals joints, bones and connective tissue as well as the ligaments, tendons and muscles. The tea is high in silica and calcium. It’s fantastic in helping the musculoskeletal system and strengthening weak nails and hair. This tea can also assist with bladder issues including chronic cystitis, benign prostate enlargement, incontinence and enuresis (bedwetting). Other conditions that it could address are nervousness with fidgeting, hair pulling, nail biting, and sensitivity to cold.

What if food and herbal teas could bring you so much joy and pleasure and continued abundant health?

Ingredients: Organic horsetail, organic nettles, organic Solomon’s seal, organic red clover

Instructions:

Depending on how strong or light you like to have your tea one pouch could last you one week to a couple of weeks.  You can prepare the tea a number of ways.  If you like your tea stronger you can place one pouch into a French press, pour hot water to the top and let it steep for about five minutes.  For any leftover tea you can just put the whole French press in the refrigerator overnight.  The next morning fill the French press with hot water to the top and steep for about five minutes.  By the end of the week you’ll see that the tea will be less strong and lighter in color.  That’s when you can discard the herbs or use as compost or fertilizer for your plants.

Another way to prepare the tea is to put the herbs in a tea ball.  Again depending on how strong you like your tea you can add a teaspoon or a tablespoon.  Just make sure to mix the ingredients in the bag well so you get each of the different herbs for your cup of tea.  Pour hot water, cover it with a lid and steep for about five minutes.  You can reuse the herbs another time if you like by adding hot water to your cup.  You could also add a teaspoon of local honey and a squeeze of lemon if you like.

Always listen to your body as it is an excellent indicator in guiding you through the healing process and maintaining optimal health.
